What is a DMA cheat?
A card in the game PC, a second computer that does the thinking, and a mouse device that carries the aim back. Nothing is installed on the machine that runs the game - that is the whole idea, and everything else follows from it.

01The short version
DMA stands for direct memory access: the ability of a device on the PCIe bus to read and write system memory without asking the CPU. Network cards and storage controllers do it all day; a DMA card does it on purpose, and sends what it reads to another computer.
So a DMA cheat is split in two. The game PC holds one piece of hardware and nothing else. The second PC reads the memory arriving from it, works out where the players are, draws the overlay, runs your scripts and decides where to aim.
02Why anyone bothers
An internal cheat runs inside the game process. To do that it injects a module, hooks functions, and usually loads a driver to hide itself. Every one of those is an event on the machine, and an anti-cheat that lives on that machine is built to notice events.
A DMA setup produces none of them. On the game PC there is no driver to load, no process to find, no file on disk, no overlay composited over the game, no hook in any function. The machine being watched has nothing on it to watch.
That is a statement about the method, not a promise. Hardware moves the problem off the game machine; it does not make statistics look normal, and no serious provider will tell you a game can never detect anything. This is why the status of each product is published on the site rather than claimed.
03What a setup is made of
- A DMA card in a PCIe slot of the game PC - an FPGA board such as a Squirrel, an Enigma X1, a CaptainDMA, a 35T or a 75T.
- A second PC, which runs the loader, the overlay, the Lua scripts and the aim. Modest hardware is enough.
- An aim device - MAKCU, KMBox Net or Ferrum - only if you want the aim features. ESP and the rest need nothing more than the card.
The two machines are linked by the card: PCIe on one side, usually USB-C to the second PC on the other.
04What you actually get on screen
The overlay is on the second screen, not over the game. That takes some getting used to for a minute and then stops mattering: players, loot and the rest are drawn there, next to the window you are playing in, and you read them the way you read a radar.
Because every box comes from a memory read rather than from a screen capture, there is no flicker when someone walks behind a wall and no delay when they step back out.
05How aim gets back into the game
The second PC knows where to aim but cannot move the mouse of the game PC - anything that did would be software running on the machine you are keeping clean. A hardware mouse device solves it: your mouse plugs into the box, the box plugs into the game PC, and the game sees one ordinary USB mouse.
Your own movements pass through untouched. The corrections are added into the same stream, as HID reports, exactly like the ones your hand produces.
06What it does not do
- It does not make you invisible to a report. A player who watches you play is not reading memory.
- It does not remove the need to look normal. The method hides the tool, not the behaviour.
- It is not free: the card and the second machine are the cost, and they are bought once.
- It is read-only unless you allow otherwise. Our products keep memory writes behind a switch that is off by default.
